Core workflow

The pre processed dry powder material is accurately fed between two parallel configured rollers through the feeding device.

Two rolling rolls rotate relative to each other and generate high pressure, forcing the material into the holes or pits on the surface of the rolling rolls.

The material is compressed and densified inside the mold hole, and when it separates from the rolling mill, due to its own elastic recovery, the strip-shaped material naturally fractures, forming short columnar or flattened spherical particles.

Key influencing factors

The gap and speed of the rolling mill will affect the compactness and yield of the particles.

The shape and size of the mold hole determine the shape and size of the particles, which can be adjusted by replacing the rolling mill.
