The electric motor drives the pulley, and the transmission belt is transmitted through a reducer to a pair of high-pressure roller bodies with sliding mode shells for relative work. The two rollers of a single axis extruder interact with each other through a set of opposing gears, while the two rollers of a double axis extruder are directly driven by two output shafts on a dedicated reducer to achieve the purpose of extrusion molding. During production, raw materials are fed into a hopper and are relatively extruded by a high-pressure roller body. After demolding, they flow automatically to the crushing and forming workshop at the lower part of the roller body. The power for crushing and forming is transmitted by the chain wheel of the active pressure roller shaft through a chain to a pair of crushing rollers for relative motion. After crushing and screening in the working room, the finished particles pass through the screen and flow out of the machine through the discharge chute.
