Equipment Maintenance Directly Affects Service Life. Focus on the Following Key Areas:
1. Maintenance of the Transmission System
- For the gears, chains, and bearings of turning machines and granulators, inspection is required weekly, and lubricating oil should be added (high-temperature resistant lubricating oil is recommended to adapt to the high-temperature environment of the fermentation process).
- If loose chains or abnormal gear noises are detected, the equipment must be shut down immediately for adjustments to prevent accelerated wear of components.
2. Replacement of (Wear Parts)
- The hammer blades and screens of crushers are typical wear parts and need to be inspected monthly: Replace hammer blades when their wear exceeds 1/3 of the original size; repair damaged screens in a timely manner (to prevent impurities from mixing into the finished product).
- The hot air furnace pipes of dryers must be cleaned quarterly to avoid dust accumulation, which would otherwise affect thermal efficiency.
3. Cleaning and Rust Prevention
- After daily production, clean the residual materials inside the equipment (especially mixers and granulators) to prevent material caking, mildew, and subsequent corrosion of the equipment inner walls.
- For long-term idle equipment (e.g., during winter shutdowns), apply anti-rust oil to the surface of metal components and cover the equipment with waterproof cloth to prevent moisture-induced rusting.
