How about the production line for processing cow dung organic fertilizer?
Release time:2025-09-16 Views:26 Sources:Tai an Zhonglan Xuye Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd

Generally, small-scale organic fertilizer processing plants that use cow dung primarily process their own cow dung. They use cow dung and crude fiber materials as the main raw materials to produce organic fertilizer. After a series of processing and treatment, organic cow dung fertilizer is produced. Relatively speaking, the equipment investment is less, the production cost is lower, and it is easy to operate, while the normal output rate is considerable.

The main component of cow dung organic fertilizer is organic matter, with no chemical components. It can increase the organic matter content in the soil, leading to the proliferation of microorganisms in the soil, including many beneficial microorganisms such as nitrogen-fixing bacteria, ammonifying bacteria, cellulose-decomposing bacteria, and nitrifying bacteria. These microorganisms are beneficial for soil improvement and crop growth. Due to these advantages, organic fertilizer has been highly sought after in recent years. As a major agricultural country, China has a large market for organic fertilizer.

The complete set of equipment for a typical cow manure organic fertilizer production line includes: trough agitator, crusher, mixer, disc granulator, rotary dryer, cooler, rotary screen, coating machine, automatic quantitative packaging machine, automatic palletizer, etc. The process of cow manure treatment involves first drying or draining the cow manure, then adding straw powder to control the carbon ratio of the raw material (cow manure) to the auxiliary material (straw powder) at 23-28. After adding organic fertilizer fermentation and decomposition agents, the raw and auxiliary materials, along with the microbial agents, are mixed and stirred. The mixture can then be piled for fermentation, with observation of fermentation temperature and progress. When conditions are met, the pile should be turned over evenly and thoroughly, with the lower layer of special materials being moved to the middle and upper parts of the pile as much as possible to facilitate full decomposition. After turning over the pile, the temperature should be controlled, and the pile should be turned over once every week thereafter. Then, the fermented organic fertilizer should be evenly spread out on the drying field, with a thickness not exceeding 20 centimeters, and frequently turned over to maintain a moisture content below 32%. These fermented cow manures are the main raw materials for producing organic fertilizer.
