What precautions should be taken when building a new organic fertilizer processing plant?
Release time:2025-09-12 Views:43 Sources:Tai an Zhonglan Xuye Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd

In life and work, when doing things, one should plan ahead and carefully consider the details of each task, which can lead to twice the result with half the effort. Opening an organic fertilizer factory is also a very complex matter, so what are the precautions before and during the construction process? Let me share with you what I have learned.

1、 Application Procedure for Building a New Organic Fertilizer Plant

Organic fertilizer production is a project that many people are optimistic about, but many people do not know which procedures to follow when building a new organic fertilizer plant. They are very familiar with the process of building a new organic fertilizer plant, and the specific procedures are as follows:

New company → Submit a Feasibility Study Report to the Industrial and Information Technology Bureau for approval → Environmental Protection Department (Environmental Impact Assessment) → National Development and Reform Commission (Formal Approval) →

Apply for Business License → Tax Registration Certificate → Organization Code Certificate → Registered Capital (Bank Account Opening) → Apply for Trademark → Apply for Fertilizer Registration Certificate → Apply for ISO Quality System Certification.

2、 Prospect Analysis of Organic Fertilizer Production by Organic Fertilizer Equipment

In the 21st century, with the continuous improvement of peoples living standards, new requirements have been put forward for the quality of food, and "pollution-free" has become the standard for measuring the quality and safety of food and vegetables. Therefore, green foods that use organic fertilizers are deeply loved by consumers. It also provides broad development space for organic fertilizers.

With the rapid development of industry, agriculture, and cities, the massive discharge of urban garbage, waste, and livestock manure from farms has brought great harm to the surrounding ecological environment and disease prevention and control work. Therefore, the use of livestock and poultry manure, household waste, and waste sludge to produce organic fertilizers not only beautifies the environment, but also turns waste into treasure, which is a vigorously promoted project.

3、 Selection of Factory Site

(1) Close to the main raw material production area. The reason for being close to the main raw material production area and using locally sourced materials above is similar, both aimed at reducing costs. The raw materials for organic fertilizers have a large volume and weight, making them difficult to transport. If the distance is too far, the transportation cost will increase. If the selling price of organic fertilizer is not too high and the cost is too high, it will reduce its market competitiveness.

(2) Transportation is relatively convenient.

(3) Stay away from residential work and living areas, and take advantage of them. This is done to avoid the foul odor of raw materials from affecting residents lives or work, so as not to affect the normal operation of their own factory.

(4) Convenient water and power supply is an essential condition for the normal operation of any factory.

(5) Organic fertilizer factories should be built in areas with high terrain, flat terrain, good drainage, and not too high groundwater levels. This avoids the loss of raw materials and finished products caused by surface water during the rainy season when there is a lot of rain.

4、 Internal planning of the factory

The planning and construction of organic fertilizer plants generally follow the following principles:

(1) The office area should be as far away as possible from the fermentation workshop and raw material warehouse, and should be located upwind of the factory area.

(2) The entry channel for organic fertilizer raw materials should be independent and remote, separate from the main channel of the enterprise. Organic fertilizer raw materials may be feces, and there may be leakage during transportation

(3) The employee living area must be separated from the fermentation workshop and raw material warehouse.

(4) The raw material warehouse fermentation workshop semi-finished product workshop processing workshop finished product warehouse should have continuity and not be far apart.

(5) There are two main stages in the production of organic fertilizers: fermentation treatment and crushing, granulation, and packaging. The site occupied in the raw material fermentation process is relatively large, and the fermentation method and equipment can be flexibly selected based on the purchased land area and investment funds.

5、 Selection of raw materials

The selection of raw materials has a significant impact on the choice of production processes, organic fertilizer production equipment, and the selection of fermentation and processing workshops with small areas. Therefore, it is necessary to first determine the selection of raw materials. The selection of raw materials must be tailored to local conditions and sourced locally. There are many raw materials for organic fertilizer. If there are many local raw materials with lower prices, then choose the material to make organic fertilizer. If there are free ones, it would be even better. So what are the raw materials for organic fertilizers, which can be divided into the following categories:

(1) Agricultural waste: such as straw, soybean meal, cotton meal, mushroom residue, biogas residue, mushroom residue, lignin residue, sawdust, etc.

(2) Livestock and poultry manure: such as chicken manure, pig manure, cow, sheep, horse manure, rabbit manure, quail manure, earthworm manure, etc;

(3) Industrial waste: such as distillers grains, vinegar residue, cassava residue, sugar residue, furfural residue, traditional Chinese medicine residue, etc;

(4) Household waste: such as kitchen waste, urban and rural household waste, etc;

(5) Urban sludge: such as river silt, sewer silt, pond mud, etc.
