With the significant improvement of peoples living standards, the demand for meat quality is increasing day by day. Some breeding farms are constantly expanding their breeding scale, but pollution problems are becoming increasingly prominent. Therefore, relevant departments have issued various red documents to regulate breeding farms, which stipulate that those that reach the equivalent of large-scale breeding farms must undergo harmless treatment of feces, otherwise they will be punished or banned.

Since the implementation of this measure, breeding enterprises have become increasingly standardized, not only easily passing environmental protection standards, but also bringing some additional income to their own businesses. This is because the manure from the breeding farm is treated with harmless composting, which not only improves the internal environment of the factory, but also promotes the sale of organic fertilizers in the market. After screening impurities, fermenting and maturing, and adding nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium for precision processing into high-quality fertilizers, one ton can be sold for 600 yuan or even thousands of yuan.

Today, I wont go into too much detail about the equipment. I will mainly explain the installation process of organic fertilizer production equipment:

1. Before installation, the dimensions of each installation foundation should be checked according to the plan and foundation drawings of the organic fertilizer production equipment. If there are any discrepancies, they should be repaired until the dimensions are correct before installation.

2. Installation personnel should first familiarize themselves with the installation requirements of various organic fertilizer production equipment and strictly follow the technical requirements for construction.

3. Organic fertilizer production equipment may cause deformation, damage, or loss during transportation. Therefore, before installation, it is necessary to check and accept the equipment list, and take corresponding measures to ensure that all equipment is in good condition before installation.

4. Before entering the installation site, each organic fertilizer production equipment should be numbered, and an installation process flow card and schedule should be developed. According to the installation process sequence requirements, the equipment should be transferred to the site one by one for installation.

5. Installation sequence: From top to bottom, first install the host equipment and rack positions, and then install the connecting pipes and electrical equipment.

6. Tools required for installation: Equipment and materials must be complete.

7. After installation, the rotating parts of the organic fertilizer production equipment must rotate flexibly without any jamming, collision, or impact sounds. The connecting parts must be firm and sealed, and there must be no powder leakage, gas leakage, oil leakage, or other phenomena.

8. The installation of electrical equipment should comply with relevant regulations, and the routing of each line should be clear without any leakage or electric leakage. Wires and cables should have protective enclosures to prevent damage from rodents.

9. After all equipment is installed, each individual machine should undergo an empty test run. Only when it runs normally can it be put into load testing.

10. Before load testing, calibrate the electronic batching scale and packaging scale to achieve the specified accuracy.

11. After running the load for 8 hours without any faults, it can be handed over to the factory for production and use.
