With the gradual promotion of mandatory garbage classification, the pace of commercialization models, including wet garbage treatment, is significantly accelerating. However, according to data from different sources, there is a significant gap between the actual operational scale of wet waste treatment in China and the production of wet waste. The vertical full industry chain model of a certain type or several types of garbage in garbage classification will undoubtedly become the direction of market-oriented garbage classification in the future.

At present, the treatment of kitchen waste worldwide can be roughly divided into the following types: energy incineration treatment, physical landfill treatment, and resource utilization treatment. The first three treatment methods not only generate secondary pollution and have certain hidden dangers, but also contradict political orientation. Gansu Hengxin has launched a distributed kitchen waste treatment equipment, which can achieve on-site treatment, resource utilization, and harmless treatment of kitchen waste. The advanced technology utilizes the companys independently developed microbial degradation bacteria to produce various enzymes, which rapidly decompose kitchen waste (such as vegetables, vegetable leaves, vegetable roots, food residues, chicken, duck, fish and meat waste, shrimp and crab shells, eggshells, bones, and swill) into organic fertilizers through a series of treatments.

Structure of kitchen waste fermentation tank:  kitchen waste fermentation tank adopts a vertical closed tank structure, which saves floor space and reduces equipment installation requirements for area. The entire equipment structure is divided into three parts, with the lower base part distributed with hydraulic stations, fans, and high thrust hydraulic mixing shafts. The middle part consists of a double-layer insulated tank body, equipment automatic control system, single-sided base fertilizer export device, etc. The inner wall of the tank body is lined with 304 stainless steel plate, which effectively extends the life of the tank body and reduces the residue of rotten clinker. There is an insulation layer filled with polyurethane foaming agent in the middle (the thickness can be customized according to the regional environment), and the outer wall is supported by thickened steel plates. The upper part is composed of wind and rain shelters, detection platforms, and exhaust facilities. The heat exchange device can fully utilize the naturally generated high-temperature gas inside the tank to preliminarily heat and raise the temperature of the inhaled air, improve energy utilization efficiency, ensure fermentation efficiency, reduce equipment power consumption, and achieve the goal of energy conservation and consumption reduction. The auxiliary equipment includes automatic tipping bucket elevator, exhaust gas filtration system and other devices.

The process of rapidly decomposing kitchen waste (such as vegetables, vegetable leaves, vegetable roots, food residues, chicken, duck, fish waste, shrimp and crab shells, eggshells, bones, and swill) into organic fertilizers through the use of microbial degradation bacteria to produce various enzymes.

The organic fertilizer produced after processing is recycled by the planting operator for flower and tree planting, and the treated waste oil is recycled and processed by qualified oil refineries to achieve reduction and resource utilization.
