Considering that it is not possible to evenly spread the strains on the fermentation material, when using it, first mix 50 grams of strains into 500 grams (1 jin) of any of the raw materials such as wheat drum, sawdust, oil residue, rice bran, etc., stir well, then sprinkle them into the fermentation material, and then stir evenly and stack for fermentation.

4. Adjust the fermentation moisture well:

The moisture regulation of raw materials is important and related to the success or failure of fermentation. The moisture requirement is: after mixing the raw materials, hold them in a ball and drop them on the ground to split them into two pieces. The addition ratio of general auxiliary materials (such as straw, rice straw, etc.) is 10% to 30% (by weight of the raw materials). If calculated based on the volume ratio of the two, it is generally 2 parts of raw materials and 1 part of auxiliary materials.

The fermented material is required to have a width of no less than 1.5 meters, a height of no less than 1 meter, and an unlimited length.
