The organic fertilizer production line is a complete set of equipment from raw material collection to finished product packaging.

1. Fermentation process: The process of this production line is organic matter fermentation. In the production preparation stage, compost will be transported to a mixer for flipping and mixing to accelerate the fermentation rate.

2. Crushing process: In this stage, a pulverizer is used to crush the compost blocks and prepare for subsequent granulation. But if the compost fermentation is good and there is no clumping, this step can be omitted.

(3. Ingredient quantification process: If multiple materials need to be added to the formula, an automatic ingredient system can be used to improve processing efficiency and the proportion of each ingredient in the formula. The system includes multiple quantitative belt scales, but if producing pure organic fertilizer, this step can be omitted.

4. Granulation process: Disc granulators are widely used for fertilizer granulation. As the core step of this production line, our equipment is capable of automatically selecting particle shapes that meet customer needs. Granulated fertilizers can delay the release of fertility, greatly reducing the frequency of manual fertilization.

5. Drying process: In order to reshape the particle shape and store it better, the humidity of the fertilizer should not exceed 14%. Rotary dryers are widely used for drying fertilizers.

6. Cooling process: In order to increase the hardness of fertilizer particles, a drum cooler can meet this requirement.

7. Screening process: Use a cylindrical sieve to select particles of moderate size, and fertilizer particles that are too large or too small will be re crushed and granulated.

8. Coating process: Use a drum coating machine to coat fertilizer particles to prevent particle adhesion.

9. Packing process: As the next step of the production line, the packing process usually uses an automatic packing machine to quantitatively pack fertilizers into bags for sale.

10. Dust removal system: Dust generated in all processes will be collected and dust removed in a centralized manner.

11. Supporting facilities: The production line is equipped with belt conveyors and bucket elevators that connect various devices.
