Characteristics of the hydraulic trough-type windrow turner:

  The hydraulic trough-type turning machine consists of two main components: mixing and shifting. It is suitable for aerobic fermentation of livestock manure, sludge, and waste. It can be used in conjunction with solar fermentation chambers, fermentation troughs, and shifting machines. When paired with shifting machines, it enables the function of one machine serving multiple troughs.

  The accompanying fermentation tank can be used for both continuous and batch discharging. It features high efficiency, stable operation, durability, and uniform turning.

  Working Principle of Hydraulic Trough Flipping Machine:

  1. Construct two walls with a height of 1.5-1.8 meters, a length of 60-80 meters, and a distance of 3-10 meters between them.

  2. Install lightweight tracks on the wall.

  3. Install a self-propelled turning machine capable of moving forward, backward, left, right, and up and down on the track.

  4. Mix livestock and poultry manure with microbial fermentation agents or fermented old materials, and use a windrow turner to turn the material in the trough once daily at a speed of 2-5 m/min to achieve oxygenation and material processing. Fresh livestock and poultry manure enters the trough from one side and, through continuous turning by the windrow turner, moves to the other side to form mature organic fertilizer. It takes approximately 7 days in summer and about 15 days in winter.

  The crawler-type windrow turner is supported on the ground by a coiled ring-type crawler. Under the action of driving torque, the driving wheel continuously wraps the crawler from the rear through the meshing of its teeth and the pin joints of the track plates, thereby propelling the entire machine forward. The operator only needs to adjust the direction appropriately, saving manpower and reducing workload.

  The crawler-type turning machine, as an environmentally friendly mechanical device, achieves material mixing, crushing, and spreading. The turning process plays a decisive role in regulating temperature, moisture, and oxygen levels during aerobic composting, effectively shortening the composting cycle and improving the quality of organic fertilizers. With strong turning capabilities and high output, it is suitable for use in large-scale organic fertilizer plants. The equipment has a low failure rate and is durable. Operated by a driver, it periodically mixes and crushes the materials, ensuring thorough air mixing. This enhances the metabolic activity of fermenting microorganisms and promotes bacterial colony reproduction, thereby facilitating organic matter decomposition. As a result, it significantly reduces space, time, diesel, and labor requirements while shortening the fermentation period.
