What are the production lines for cattle manure organic fertilizer equipment?
Release time:2026-02-04 Views:0 Sources:Tai an Zhonglan Xuye Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd

In recent years, with the rapid development of animal husbandry production and the continuous expansion of breeding scales, the generation of waste such as livestock manure and wastewater has also increased rapidly, leading to heightened environmental pressure and increasingly prominent pollution issues in animal farming. How to develop the breeding industry under the backdrop of environmental protection is one of the pressing problems that need to be addressed.

Large-scale breeding farms separate solid and liquid waste, with the treated manure fermented and returned to fields or processed into organic fertilizer. The newly built organic fertilizer plant has been put into operation, and soon it will address the waste management issues of most surrounding farmers.

Organic Fertilizer Equipment Production Line Configuration:

Configuration: Dehydrator, Fermentation Tumbler, Semi-Wet Material Crusher, Horizontal Mixer, Pelletizer, Dryer, Cooler, Drum Sieve, Coating Machine, Packaging Equipment, Belt Conveyor, etc.

1. Use ground strip piles, ground turners, or fermenting pools for material placement, and trough-type turners for spreading

2. Evenly sprinkle the microbial agent, turn the pile for fermentation to achieve temperature rise, odor elimination, and sterilization through decomposition. Fully ferment and decompose, then remove from the pile (directly collected with a forklift for ground-based storage)

3. Use a graded sieve for coarse and fine screening (the screened powdered fertilizer can be sold directly)

4. The premixer performs the mixing

5. Pelletizing using a pelletizer

6. Feed into the dryer and cooler

7. Sieving and packaging.

The organic manure production line utilizing cattle dung enables the comprehensive recycling of manure and residual waste from cattle farms, improving pollution control in these facilities. Additionally, it provides essential nutrients for green agricultural development. With increasingly refined processes and equipment functions, the organic manure production line effectively supports the long-term growth of organic fertilizer processing plants. Local governments encouragement policies for the organic fertilizer industry further guide its development. Therefore, establishing an organic manure production line in large-scale farms or independent organic fertilizer processing plants represents a promising, eco-friendly project with strong policy support.
