The core maintenance of the screening machine is "regular inspection, timely cleaning, and standardized lubrication", which can extend the service life of the equipment and avoid failure and shutdown. The following are the key maintenance points:
1. Daily maintenance (before and after daily homework)
Before starting up, check whether the screen mesh is damaged or loose. If any problems are found, replace or tighten it immediately to prevent material mixing.
Clean the screen surface and residual materials inside the machine body to avoid accumulation that may cause blockage of the screen mesh and vibration imbalance.
Check the temperature of the motor and bearings. If overheating (exceeding 70 ℃) or abnormal noise occurs, stop the machine immediately for troubleshooting.
Check if the fasteners (bolts, nuts) are loose, especially at the connections of the screen box and vibration motor, and tighten them in a timely manner.
2. Regular maintenance (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
Weekly: Clean the cooling fins of the vibration motor, check if the spring elasticity is normal, and whether there is any deformation or breakage.
Monthly: Add lubricating grease to bearings and motor bearings, select the appropriate model according to the equipment manual, and avoid excessive or insufficient lubrication.
Quarterly: Check the tension of the transmission belt. If it is too loose, adjust it. If it is damaged, replace it; Verify the rotation direction and excitation force of the vibration motor to ensure compliance with screening requirements.
3. Replacement and maintenance of vulnerable parts
Screen mesh: Regularly replace according to the hardness and frequency of use of the material. Manganese steel screen mesh is selected for wear-resistant materials, and stainless steel screen mesh is used for fine screening. When replacing, ensure that the screen mesh is tightly attached to the screen frame.
Vibration motor: Avoid overloading operation. If insulation degradation or abnormal vibration occurs, promptly repair or replace coils and bearings.
Spring: If fatigue deformation or reduced elasticity occurs, it needs to be replaced in pairs to prevent uneven force on the sieve box from causing vibration imbalance.
4. Shutdown and long-term storage maintenance
Thoroughly clean the materials inside and outside the equipment after shutdown, keep it dry and clean, and avoid material corrosion of the machine body.
When stored for a long time, the sieve should be removed and stored properly. The equipment surface should be coated with rust proof oil, and the motor should be covered with a dust cover and placed in a dry and ventilated place.
5. Safety maintenance standards
Before maintenance, the power must be cut off and a "Do Not Operate" sign must be hung to prevent accidental startup.
Use specialized tools when disassembling and installing components to avoid damaging the equipment structure through violent operations.
Regularly calibrate the levelness of the equipment to avoid abnormal vibration and accelerated component wear caused by tilting operation.
