Working principle of organic fertilizer drum dryer

The material enters the inclined drum body through the feeding device, and the drum is slowly rotated by a motor (with a speed of 3-6r/min). At the same time, the high-temperature hot air (temperature 120-180 ℃) generated by the hot blast stove comes into reverse contact with the material inside the drum, and water evaporation is achieved through thermal conduction and convection. The scraper inside the drum continuously picks up and scatters the material, increasing the contact area between the material and the hot air. The dried material is discharged from the discharge end, and the humid and hot gas is discharged after dust removal and desulfurization treatment to meet the standard.
